This procedure applies to:

a) all Network Rail managed locations which are authorised to apply modified working arrangements in accordance with the GE/RT8000;

b) all new proposals for the application of modified working arrangements on single lines.

This procedure applies to all single lines except those that are lines signalled by the Radio Electronic Token Block system.

PURPOSE

This procedure provides a consistent and documented approach in accordance with GE/RT8000, for the assessment and authorisation of modified working arrangements on single lines in consultation with its industry partners.
