This module applies to all OTM operations staff employed by Network Rail, Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and Technical Services.
Purpose
This module sets out the process to provide employees with support if they are affected by personal situations or accidents or incidents related to work.
This module also sets out the process to limit the potential for staff to suffer from post incident trauma as a consequence of involvement in a traumatic event, such as a fatality or attempted suicide.
