Purpose
To effectively manage the consequences of degradation of insulation in signalling wires and cables and to meet the requirements of NR/L2/SIG/11655.
This procedure details the responsibilities within the Maintenance organisation for the requirements of NR/L2/SIG/11655 and should be read in conjunction with this standard.
