Network Rail Engineering roles/positions are also involved with the process detailed in the document. The mandating actions for these roles/positions are contained within the Engineering standard not this maintenance procedure. Individual role/position responsibilities for this procedure are detailed in the RACI.

Purpose

This procedure defines the responsibilities within maintenance involved in managing Special Inspection Notices (SINs) from a signalling perspective in accordance with Network Rail Company Specification NR/L2/SIG/10072
