This procedure applies to Network Rail maintenance staff who undertake corrective or preventative maintenance. Individual role/responsibilities for this procedure are detailed in the RACI.
Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to define the methods of control of maintenance diagrams within signalling maintenance. Such controls are required so that the correct issue of diagrams are maintained at the work sites, that amendments are carried out in a controlled manner, and that obsolete diagrams are removed to avoid inadvertent use.
