• You manage or supervise operational signalling fault teams or technical support staff.

• You attend operational telecommunication failures as per SMTH, TMT & FIP

• You investigate operational telecommunication failures as per SMTH, TMT & FIP

• You check or review operational telecommunication failures.

• You check or review SINCS records.

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to define the management of the SINCS sign off process for telecoms assets maintained by Network Rail maintenance staff.
