Purpose
This instruction defines the telecommunications maintenance procedure for Help Points used by Network Rail and/or the Station Facilities Owner (SFO).
The purpose of maintaining Help Points is to decrease the incidence of failures through deterioration and to identify potential defects before they become service effecting.
