The Process excludes:

• Train borne weed spraying

This process applies to you if:

• You are responsible for planning off track maintenance
• You manage or supervise off track maintenance teams, technical support staff or contractors
• You maintain off track assets
• You check or review off track assets

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to define the roles and responsibilities in the planning and undertaking of maintenance activities of off track assets to fit in with the national planning process and timescales and in accordance with company standards including but not limited to:
