• When adding, removing, or changing assets and maintenance regimes as a result of project works – see Sections 4.1, 4.3 and 4.4.
The asset data management procedure for FTN and GSM-R assets, whether delivered by the National Telecoms Project (NTP) or by MP&I through synergy schemes, will be specified by the NTP to match the requirements of the Telecoms Asset Store.
Purpose
This document describes the process that shall be used to update data concerning the telecoms infrastructure assets of Network Rail.
This procedure supports Network Rail Specification NR/SP/BUS/02250 Asset Data Management and applies to all telecoms assets.
