To carry out a desk top survey to list the signalbox areas and areas between signalboxes where there are signalling circuits of the types listed below, that are carried in telecommunications cables and transmission systems except where those cables and transmission systems are managed and maintained by the signalling function.
Purpose
To establish the location of signalling circuits in telecommunications systems used for the transmission of safety related information.
