This Manual contains information on the management of the RT1A and Track Renewals (including competitively sourced) contracts and is issued for the guidance of all Railtrack personnel who participate in contract management processes. Copies are also supplied on a confidential and controlled basis to Contractors on request.

Appendix A outlines the framework for the documentation used in the contract management processes. The issue of this Manual and procedures is controlled to ensure that copy holders have the correct revision.
