This Procedure applies to all RTIA Contracts on all Railtrack Zones and to reviews of progress towards compliance on both existing Technical Non-Compliances to the Technical Non-Compliance Manual and new Temporary Non-Compliances to new or revised Group or Line Standards.

Purpose

RTIA Contractors and Railtrack have agreed a set of Technical Non-Compliances to existing Group Standards and Line Standards which have been incorporated into the Technical Non-compliances Manual which forms part of the Infrastructure Maintenance Contract as at 1^st April 1994.

The RTIA Contractors are deemed to be compliant with all other existing Group Standards.

The Procedure also applies to any situation where the RTIA Contractor may wish to register Temporary Non-Compliance.

This Procedure describes the responsibilities and processes for review of any Action Plans agreed for progress towards compliance.
