SCOPE AND APPLICATION

The scope of this Procedure applies to all RT1B Contracts on the Railtrack Infrastructure on all Railtrack Zones. The Procedure also applies to the Management of Contractor's Progress Reports for Competitively Sourced Track Renewals. At present there is no requirement in the CTTR Contract for Stewardship Reports.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this Procedure is to define the responsibilities and the process for the Management and Monitoring of Track Renewals Contractors Stewardship and Progress Reports to ensure that actions arising are progressed to a satisfactory conclusion for compliance with the Conditions of Contract.
