This Code of Practice shall be used when carrying out replacement of equipment or missing equipment affecting the systems covered in the individual test plans.

This Code of Practice shall be used by engineers and technicians who hold a certificate of competency in maintenance testing and failure investigation, and are competent to work on the type of equipment covered by the test plan.

Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Practice is to provide the specific maintenance testing plans for repair and replacement of Operational Telecommunications equipment and for replacement of missing equipment.
