This Specification is mandatory for all work with a signalling content undertaken on Railtrack Infrastructure, which requires testing to the Signal Works Testing Specification, RT/E/S/11221.

Purpose

This Specification details the Assessment of Signalling Testing Staff Competence. It describes the methods to be adopted and who is competent to assess. Appendix A indicates the sequence of events to comply with the Competence Standards for S&T Staff, GK/RT0101.
