This Specification applies to all infrastructure owned by Railtrack plc.
Purpose
The purpose of this Specification is to ensure that the calculation of statistical information relating to signalled routes is done to a consistent standard for all Railtrack owned infrastructure.
This will ensure that performance information based upon the size of the signalling system is presented in a manner which will enable fair and accurate comparison to be made.
