Introduction

A complete set of the current issues of Instructions, Drawings and Manuals used in the Operation and Maintenance of Power Distribution Equipment shall be kept at all buildings, appropriate to the equipment in that building.

Instructions shall be provided with a suitable index.

Drawings shall be kept in folders, one folder being used for each group of drawings. A suitable index shall be provided.

Drawings and Documents, other than those displayed on notice boards, shall be stored in the accommodation provided in the telephone desk. Where this proves inadequate, other suitable accommodation shall be provided.

Drawings and Documents shall not be removed from the Buildings to which they are allocated.

The following Drawings and Documents shall be retained at each building, as applicable to the equipment installed.
