Purpose
The following instructions apply only to the isolation transformers and their associated equipment at West London Junction I.T.S.L., Mitre Bridge Junction, and Scrubs Lane installations and relate to the procedures detailed in BR 12011/1 to be carried out in connection with the making out and cancelling of Permits to Work and Sanctions for Test for high voltage apparatus.
