Introduction

This document is intended as a release note for Network Records Group (NRG) personnel already conversant with the Integrated Electronic Control Centre (IECC). It provides background information on the IECC CD-ROM Facility and notes information relevant to NRG.

The introduction of the CD-ROM Facility will require Network Rail Company Specification ‘Signalling Design: Production' RT/E/S/11201, specifically Appendix D ‘Signalling Design Records' to be amended to reflect the use of CD-ROMs for software and scheme data storage as discussed in sections 3.1 and 3.2 below.
