Introduction

The Create package is used to edit signalling display diagrams once the original screen templates, normally generated using the Image package, have been processed by the ADP tools and utilities such that most display items have been automatically created and named. It is not possible for these tools and utilities to generate all items, especially those which are specific to a given scheme, hence this package is used to manually amend or create these extra ones.
