Introduction

This document is intended as a release note for signallers already conversant with the Integrated Electronic Control Centre (IECC), to describe and explain the changes contained in latest IECC software release, known as Upgrade 001. Only those changes directly relevant to signallers are contained herein.

All new facilities and improvements may not be implemented on a given IECC system, since some are configurable in data. It should also be noted that there are currently restrictions placed on some of the facilities.

The changes fall into three categories:

(a) improvements in facilities and display indications on the signaller's workstation;

(b) improvements in ARS regulation; and

(c) miscellaneous changes to improve other aspects of ARS and TTP.
