Introduction
This document is intended as a release note for system testers already conversant with the Integrated Electronic Control Centre (IECC), to describe and explain the changes contained in the IECC latest software release, known as Upgrade 001. Only those changes directly relevant to system testers are described herein.
All new facilities and improvements may not be implemented on a given IECC system, since some are configurable in data.
