PURPOSE OF PAPER
For the Port Talbot East Project, Network Rail has requested an additional flashing aspect requirement - the junction signal must be approach released from red unless it can be proved that a flashing double yellow aspect will have been displayed to the Driver at the signal in rear.
The flashing aspect data detailed in SSI8003-69 is altered in accordance with Section 4 of this document. The alterations to the data are shown in bold.
