This instruction applies to all trained users of SAT-DA software used for undertaking signal overrun risk assessments as required by Company Standard NR/L2/SIG/14201. This applies to both assessments of Existing Layouts and also in connection with Infrastructure Change.
Purpose
To provide guidance and information to promote consistency of the signal overrun risk assessment process using the SAT-DA software and the criteria for the selection of signals for Detailed Assessment.
