The new requirements shall be applied to all Fortress Key Lock equipment that has been, or will be installed across the network.
Purpose
This Technical Instruction is being issued to advise of the Signal Maintenance Specification and the Signalling Maintenance Specifications Test for the newly approved Fortress Key Lock Equipment, prior to these instructions being included in the 2009 issue as supplements to LC81 and to Test 078.
