Purpose
The purpose of this Technical Instruction is to bring the conditions of GI/RT7012 clause C3.1 to the attention of staff carrying out Level Crossing Inspections and to mandate this check is carried out during routine inspections of vehicular gates at User Worked Crossings until such time as this TI is migrated to correct clause 3 within checklist LXi23 in the next update of NR/L2/SIG/19608.
