Applies all AzLM axle counter sites.
Purpose
The AzLM reliability team has been investigating issues that have been affecting the performance of the installed AzLM axle counter sites.
A number of factors that have affected the performance of the AzLM have been or are being addressed however there are still some failure mechanisms that have not yet been attributed a root cause. In order to identify the root cause of these failure mechanisms further AzLM diagnostic data is required.
