This TGN applies to Thales Communications Limited (TCL) TPWS Transmitter Loop panels (Vortok type) where the end cap has come adrift due to failure of the adhesive. It does not apply where the loop has been physically damaged, say due to being struck by an object hanging from a train in which case the structure of the loop may itself have been damaged and should be replaced.
