<p>This part of <std std-id="iso:std:iso:15698:en" type="undated"><std-ref>ISO 15698</std-ref></std> specifies test methods applicable to headed steel bars to be used as reinforcement of concrete structures.</p><p>This part of <std std-id="iso:std:iso:15698:en" type="undated"><std-ref>ISO 15698</std-ref></std> is intended to be applicable in relation to the various reinforced concrete design standards, as well as in relation to the various standards for steel reinforcing bars.</p><p>Testing of headed bars under impact loading is outside the scope of this part of <std std-id="iso:std:iso:15698:en" type="undated"><std-ref>ISO 15698</std-ref></std>.</p>
