<p>This document specifies rules for the certification and for the self-evaluation of couplers to be used for the mechanical splicing of steel reinforcing bars.</p><p>It includes requirements for the control of the manufacturing process of the couplers and for the verification of their conformity in the form of mechanical splices.</p>
