This paper presents preliminary development work for implementing digital control of a dual-ductair-handling system. Dynamic modeling results are given for the various subsystems. Data fordeveloping the models were obtained from the actual field testing of an existing dual-duct system. The models were developed using a computerized identification program.

The functional conc.epts of a flexible process digital controller to be used with the air-handlingequipment are given. This controller is presently in the fabrication state.
