In this paper evidence based manual calibration approach is adopted to calibrate five mixed-mode multi-storied apartment blocks in composite climate of India. The baseline models are calibrated using monthly energy-use curve and validated using statistical indices. It is inferred that the evidence based manual calibration technique has fairly validated the energy-use profile of the chosen case studies and are found to be within acceptable tolerances (i.e. ±25% for percentage error , ±15% (CV (RMSE) and ±5% for MBE%).
