It is intended to bridge the gap between the design practitioner’s knowledge of the built environment and its thermal relationship to the occupant’s physiology and psychology. Using examples, the course illustrates how to achieve compliance with the standard for the purposes of satisfying the requirements of various building performance programs such as LEED®.
