An analytical model was developed for a hybrid heating and cooling terminal unit,w hich consists of a porous floor panel integrated to a raised-floor air plenum. New parameters were identified for design, analysis, and valuation purposes. A simplistic analysis of such a system is demonstrated with a case study for Suleymaniye Mosque Library in Istanbul, Turkey.
