In the earlier paper, the minor errors and the first three major sources of error were discussed. This paper is a continuation. Because of the importance of dampers in the present test procedure and because of the problems they have created, this paper will only discuss the damper-caused errors. The nonuniform temperature and velocity distribution errors plus some experimental results will be presented in a later paper.
