This Recommendation specifies the requirements and use cases of event-based vision systems in order to complement the developments of common requirements and framework of intelligent vision systems. The requirements of the event-based vision system are independent of any specific application.

The scope of this Recommendation includes:

– The definition of event-based vision system.

– Requirements of event-based vision system.

Use cases of the event-based vision are provided in Appendix I.
