This Recommendation defines the emission requirements for electrical equipment that is installed in telecommunication facilities.

This Recommendation applies to power supply systems with embedded power conversion devices (e.g., DC to AC inverters, DC to DC, AC to DC and AC to AC converters), PCSs including GCPCs, UPSs and air conditioning systems. Lighting equipment is not addressed by this Recommendation.

This Recommendation specifies measurement methods and limits for conducted emissions in frequencies from 150 kHz to 30 MHz and for radiated emissions from 30 MHz to 6 GHz. Guidance on any unintentional voltage/current at AC and DC power ports is provided in this Recommendation.
