This Recommendation specifies the overlay resource control protocol (ORCP) to be used by a cache server (CS), relay server (RS), peer and overlay management server (OMS) in the managed peer-topeer (MP2P) network. The purpose of the ORCP is to control the resources of overlay networks.
The scope of this Recommendation is:
