This Recommendation specifies the requirements and framework for a scalable solution of latency guarantee and flow isolation for deterministic networking in large scale networks including IMT-2020 and beyond, as follows:
– the requirements to derive work conserving stateless fair queuing (FQ);
– the framework to achieve end-to-end (E2E) latency guarantee and flow isolation with stateless FQ.
