This Recommendation specifies an integrated network control architecture (INCA) framework for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) in the control plane, including:

– scenarios of an integrated network control system;

– an INCA framework;

– an individual network domain control architecture framework;

– procedures for network service (NS) design and orchestration;

– procedures for network performance monitoring and resource control.
