KC-19-A014 -- A Field Evaluation of the Airflow Performance of Fan-Coil Units PDF

Field measurements were made on 321 fan coil units with permanent split capacitor motors. Fan/motor efficiencies were evaluated and compared to results from laboratory studies of fan powered terminal units and residential furnaces with similar fan motors. Fan efficacies were also reported.
