KC-84-13-2 -- An Engineering Analysis of Major Plant Components PDF

This paper presents a brief analysis of the engineering data presented in the preceding paper, (KC-84-13-1). Engineering analyses of the major components of the plant and the distribution systems are made from an energy point of view. The analyses presented are based on the engineering data derived from the raw data collected during the period of observation by the National Bureau of Standards (NBS) for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Energy (DOE). The analyses indicate several minor changes which could have improved the plant efficiency during the period of observation.
