This paper discusses the implementation of new innovative technologies in a Continuous Commissioning Leading Energy Project (CCLEP). Results of a case study show that CCLEP implementation can improve building operations and reduce energy costs. Energy consumption is compared in detailbefore and after CCLEP. Results show average electricity savings of 26.8% and gas savings of 47.8%.
