The purpose of the present paper is to develop a simple method of constructing apsychrometric chart that can be used to predict comfort and heat tolerance for any livingand working condition. Conversely, the method may be used to evaluate any observedenvironmental condition in terms of activity, comfort, and tolerance and to indicate themost economical way the environment may be changed by air conditioning for comfortand health.
