Monitoring Chiller Plant Performance PDF

This article focuses on a chiller plant retrofit project in which an energy-efficiency incentive was provided to the owner. Part of the incentive process was to perform pre- and post-measurement and verification to validate the initial energy savings calculations. Conservative energy calculations coupled with Web-based pre- and post-monitoring resulted in a successful energy project.
