The authors of this report first gathered GCHP capital cost information, then designed and tested experimental systems to collect additional operating characteristics of GCHP pumping/piping components and systems. This led to the development of a method for determining the demand and energy of GSHP pump systms and a tool for estimating the cost of GCHP pumping/piping components and systems. The results are included in the report. The report also includes examples and procedures of the GCHP pump demand/energy method and GCHP piping cost estimating tool.
