The objectives of this research are (1) to evaluate the test chamber and instrumentation for use as a standard method of measuring duct leakage in the laboratory, and (2) to measure the leakage of typical duct construction. The scope of tests include fibrous glass ducts, and sealed and unsealed rectangular, round and flexible ducts fabricated per SMACNA standards.
