Universities are faced with the challenge of maintaining and optimizing older buildings for the learning environments required in modern academic settings. This session reviews€™ experiences with retrofitting some of the oldest academic buildings in the U.S. to meet these modern requirements, the challenges faced and the performance results of projects.
