Increased public awareness of indoor air quality impacts on health and productivity generates interest in increasing fresh air rates to dilute and displace stale, rebreathed air loaded with contaminants. Enhancing fresh air ventilation rates need not come at a capital or operating cost premium. Cost-effective, climate-appropriate solutions are increasingly available for many applications. This seminar describes how evaporative, energy recovery, and novel ventilation approaches can address current concerns while maintaining positive results for both natural and built environments.
