Three wings of the nearly 100-year-old Regina Provincial Correctional Centre located in Regina, SK, Canada, were replaced with a new 216-cell facility. The Centre chose a cast-on-site radiant heating and cooling wall system. The project, completed in August 2008, saves 38% in energy over ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2004.
